Anime Ascendants Infinite Mode

Infinite in Anime Ascendants is the endless wave queue. There is no chapter clear screen. HP scales until your board leaks, then the run ends. Public lobbies are still the live 16-player Roblox tower defense on desktop and mobile; Infinite does not spin up a private ruleset. It just asks the same farm–support–carry triangle to last longer than story ever did.

Do not queue Infinite as a new-account gem farm. Story is the unlock tree and the first-clear gem bonus. Infinite is a DPS check dressed as a grind. If you cannot hold a late story act with a farmer on wave 1, Infinite will fail you around the same skill gap, only later and with more wasted time. Read story mode for the mode map, then come here when you already own a farm unit and a carry you intend to max.

The curve that actually wins

Infinite is an economy test. Players who drop six bodies on wave 1 starve the carry. Players who greed farm until wave 20 with no damage also die at the check. The breakpoint the wiki uses is simple:

  1. Wave 1. Place the farm unit. Nothing else. Bolma is the default. Senko is the substitute while Bolma is still in the index. Farmers do not need the longest line of sight; park them on a safe corner or a short spur so they do not steal the carry tile.
  2. Upgrade the farm until income feels like a slope, not a drip. This is the whole reason Golden belongs on the farmer. Extra cash now is the carry’s last upgrade later.
  3. Place support, then the carry. Orwin’s aura has to touch the tile you will use for damage. Then plant the carry on the longest straight or the tightest stack the map allows.
  4. Rush carry upgrades. By the middle teens the carry should be the unit doing the work. Do not keep placing toys.
  5. Around wave 50. This is the DPS check. If leaks start here, the carry is under-traited, under-upgraded, sitting on a short corner, or still unevolved. A seventh unit will not fix it.

Rebuild that triangle in the team builder before you press ready. Infinite is not the place to discover that Bolma is still in the inventory.

Traits and placement caps

Farm: Golden. Bolma (or Senko) wants the money line. Ascendant on a farmer is a famous waste: you spend the one-placement mythic on a unit whose job is to print coins. Details live on farm and support.

Carry: Ascendant or Singularity. Those are the one-placement DPS traits. They cap how many copies you can plant. That cap is why a sloppy first click hurts more in Infinite than in story: you cannot panic-drop a second Sukuno to cover the tile you missed. Sell and replace, or live with the bad tile.

Support: Supernova, not the mythic one-place trait. Orwin needs range so the packet stays on the carry while you 1.5× the later waves.

Every unit also has a normal placement cap. Plan the loadout so the cap is the carry, the farmer, and the buffer — not three mid DPS who each eat cash. In a 16-player public, other people occupy tiles. Do not drop your one-place carry on a one-tile pocket someone else already filled.

Speed toggles, auto ability, AFK chamber

1.5× and 2× speed are farming tools, not panic buttons. Turn them on after the farmer is down and the carry exists, especially on a map you already understand. Turn them off on wave 1 of a new personal-best attempt, or when you are micro-placing around other players. Speed hides a leak until it is three tiles from the base.

Auto ability should stay on. Infinite is long. Clicking every cooldown is how mobile players drop the run. Auto ability is a client toggle, not a script.

AFK chamber is the lobby park for progress when you cannot babysit every wave. It is a quality-of-life room, not a substitute for a real farmer. Parking in the chamber with a board that already leaks at wave 20 just prints a defeat you did not watch. Use it when the triangle already holds your target wave. Do not use it as a plan to skip owning Bolma.

Overnight gem talk exists because the chamber and replay tools exist. The math still starts on wave 1 with a farm unit. If the chamber is the only “strategy” in a video, the video skipped the loadout.

Why macros fail when the team is weak

Macros copy your hands. They do not buff the roster. The official recorder will play back a farm-first route on the same Infinite map. It will not invent Ascendant. It will not evolve Itadoki. It will not move a carry that was recorded on a short corner onto the long path you needed at wave 50.

If your team is weak, playback fails in boring ways:

  • The recording placed a story-tier carry. Wave 50 HP does not care.
  • The farm was late in the take, so every replay is also late.
  • Delay is too tight, upgrades skip, and the carry sits at rank two when the check arrives.
  • You loaded a story recording on Infinite. Wrong binding, wrong HP budget.
  • You played the file in a public 16-player where tiles were already taken.

Fix the roster first: Golden farm, a real evolved carry, Orwin in range. Then record. The macros page is the recording sheet. This page is why a “perfect” file still dies at 50 if Sukuno is still Itadoki and Bolma is still on Strong I.

A target wave you can actually hold (30, 40, 50 on your account) beats a heroic attempt at 999 that leaks at 38 every time. Set the stop rule before you enable Auto Replay. Infinite has no next act; the loop is replay from wave 1 after the leak.

Line AoE, full AoE, and the long path

Infinite maps punish coverage mistakes for longer than story does. Line-AoE carries want the longest straight so every shot hits a parade. Full-AoE carries forgive messy corners. If your leak is always the same bend, move the carry before you blame the trait. Range circles are easier to read if you zoom out once after the countdown — that is a control issue, not a gacha issue.

Do not replace the farmer with a fourth DPS because wave 40 felt scary. Wave 50 is expensive. The expensive upgrades are why the farmer exists. Charmi-style money amps, if you own them, belong next to Bolma, not instead of Bolma.

A session you can finish

  1. Confirm the squad in the team builder: Bolma or Senko, Orwin, one carry you can actually max.
  2. Queue Infinite on a map whose path you have seen in story.
  3. Wave 1 farm. Speed off until the carry is down, then 1.5× or 2× if you already know the line.
  4. Watch the first run through wave 50 with your eyes on the leak. Do not AFK this take.
  5. If you hold 50, record that route. If you leak, change one thing: tile, trait, or evolution. Then rerun.
  6. Only after a watched hold should the AFK chamber or Auto Replay enter the conversation.

Infinite is the mode that makes a Golden Bolma look like an S-tier unit and a one-place carry look like a scalpel. It is also the mode that makes a weak roster look exactly as weak as it is, ten waves later than story would have told you. Farm on wave 1, rush the carry, treat wave 50 as the exam, and leave the macro unrecorded until the exam is a pass.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers for codes, traits, summons, and story progress.

When do I place the farm unit in Infinite?

Wave 1. Bolma or Senko, then upgrade income before you dump into the carry. See farm and support for the Golden split.

What is the wave-50 DPS check?

Around wave 50, HP outscales a late or under-upgraded carry. If you leak here, fix the carry’s trait, tile, or evolution — not a seventh placement.

Should I use 1.5× or 2× speed on wave 1?

Not on a new run before the farmer exists. Turn speed on after farm and carry are down on a map you already know.

Why did my Infinite macro leak?

Macros copy placements; they do not add damage. A weak or unevolved team fails the wave-50 check on every replay. Record after you can hold by hand. Details on macros.

Is Infinite the best gem farm for new accounts?

No. Rush story first-clears and raids. Infinite is a long DPS test. Mode routing is on story mode; lock the triangle in the team builder.
